The once considered “short city” is now growing vertically with great examples of architecture of both national and international firms.

A diverse list of buildings with typologies going from single family homes to skyscrapers, and from small social projects to complete Masterplans, makes Monterrey’s festival a very interesting option for those who want to visit all kinds of new and historical buildings. Visitors will be able to see vernacular, colonial, modernist, contemporary, sustainable and other architectural examples of Mexico’s northern capital.
