About Open House Maputo

Maputo, the capital of Mozambique, is characterized by a rich plurality in the fields of architecture and urbanism that merges in time and space. Conceptual neologisms, modernism and the contemporary define the city, which results from temporalities of space and environment, of the political-social environment, and of transnationality, awakening the need to explore and study the city.

Maputo is the second city in Africa to host an Open House festival.
