48H OPEN HOUSE BARCELONA
BARCELONA, SPAIN
21-22 OCTOBER

The 2023 edition of Open House Barcelona deconstructs architecture to understand better the elements and parts that materialise the whole — from balconies and staircases to influences of technological advances and climate adaption. By deconstructing the architecture of our imagination, the festival helps identify the foundations that support it and explores the fields of knowledge that bring ideas to life.

More than 195 activities will be offered, and 128 buildings will be open to visit. Select sites celebrate the legacy of architect Domènech i Montaner and his multifaceted career as a creator of total art: works built in close partnership with ceramists, mosaicists, sculptors, glassmakers, and blacksmiths.
