OPEN HOUSE BERN
BERN, SWITZERLAND

The first edition of Open House Bern features more than 45 buildings and outdoor spaces from different eras in and around the UNESCO old town. The festival has something for everyone, from a baroque city palace and the first textile factory along the river Aare to a converted office building from the 1960s and a private apartment building in the upscale district. Exploring with kids? Pick up a puzzle book to engage them in playful learning about architecture.

SIX FEET UNDER:
DESIGN + DEATH SYMPOSIUM
OPEN HOUSE MELBOURNE
2 JUNE

Join Open House Melbourne for a day of panel conversations illuminating the architecture, places, issues, and practices associated with death and the end of life. Six Feet Under: Design + Death invites audiences to consider the intersection of design and death and discover how the spaces we associate with death and dying are surprisingly not so much about death as about life and how we live.
